This is an open position for BPO & Customer Care at Isha Business Private Ltd (Isha Manpower Resources).

What your role will be
1. Providing a professional and friendly service 2. Attending all kind of calls and entering data 3. Handling emails 4. Booking all Isha products 5. Assigning task 6. Interacting with guest, other dept. member to close task 7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of each dept. 8. Maintaining guests’ regards, booking forms

Skills and Competencies: Verbal Communication, Informing Others, Teamwork Positive Attitude, Enthusiastic and resourceful The ability to multitask and manage the time Problem Solving Ability, Positive Attitude Good communication skills both in Tamil, English (both verbal and written forms )
Computer Skills: Ms-Office & Internet/email knowledge
