This is an open position for Bengaluru Office at Isha Foundation.
The foothills of the Velliangiri mountains, forty kilometers from the city of Coimbatore in South India, serve as home for the Isha Yoga Center. The Center is dedicated to fostering inner transformation and creating an established state of wellbeing in individuals. The large residential facility houses an active international community of brahmacharis, full-time volunteers and visitors. Established by Sadhguru as a powerful sthana (a center for inner growth), it is unique in its offering of all the four paths of yoga – gnana (knowledge), karma (action), kriya (energy) and bhakti (devotion). Every week, thousands of people converge at the center to seek out inner peace and wellbeing, making it a vibrant hub of spiritual growth and activity.

What your role will be
1. Proficiency in the language in writing, speaking and reading
2. Ensure high quality of content in the posts
3. Posts in each platform
4. Generate standard reports to communicate performance
5. Understand platform tactics/operations and execute
6. Follow best practice guideline
7. Coordinate with other teams for creativity and communications
8. Execute the content calendar for the respective platforms
9. Respond to comments on post and maintain hygiene of the brand
10. Develop insights on post-performance over time
11. Past experience in social media platforms or marketing is preferred

This person should look at our YT channel, make sure it flows as per our defined content strategy, look for various performance indicators, and constantly see how to sustain the growth. Also get updated on new developments in technology and otherwise and see how to integrate new ideas into our YT channel
1. Content variety, plan for special event customized videos
3. Keyword search
4. Playlists update
5. Feature videos,
6. Annotate related videos
7. Analytics- Audience retention, subscribers growth, likes, shares, Views , Traffic source, most played back locations, Search/Discovery, etc.
8. look for third party embed opportunities, identify high domain authority portals
Face book & Twitter platform owner
This person should look at our FB/Twitter, make sure it flows as per our defined content strategy, look for various performance indicators, and constantly see how to sustain the growth. Also, get updated on new developments in technology and otherwise and see how to integrate new ideas into our FB/Twitter pages
Minimal Educational Qualifications: Master of Business Administration(M.B.A)
Skills and Competencies: Strategy planning, Tactics and execution, main responsibility is to develop strategies and recommendations for various platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Computer Skills: MS-office skills, Social Media Skills, net savvy person, experience in handling social media platforms, ability to do Analytics and Generate reports.
Required Work Experience: 4 years
