This is an open position for Bengaluru Office at Isha Foundation.
The foothills of the Velliangiri mountains, forty kilometers from the city of Coimbatore in South India, serve as home for the Isha Yoga Center. The Center is dedicated to fostering inner transformation and creating an established state of wellbeing in individuals. The large residential facility houses an active international community of brahmacharis, full-time volunteers and visitors. Established by Sadhguru as a powerful sthana (a center for inner growth), it is unique in its offering of all the four paths of yoga – gnana (knowledge), karma (action), kriya (energy) and bhakti (devotion). Every week, thousands of people converge at the center to seek out inner peace and wellbeing, making it a vibrant hub of spiritual growth and activity.

What your role will be
Work with marketing team, understand the overall campaign objectives, develop & execute paid search marketing strategies across various ad platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Experience managing paid campaigns using Search, Display, Video formats
Understanding of all relevant metrics & KPIs
Audience targeting in ad platforms across different stages of the buying cycle
Ability to identify key messages / value proposition that are relevant to audience across different stages of the buying cycle
Experience creating ad copies based on key messages / value proposition
Work with design & video teams, provide inputs as well as feedback to obtain banner ads & video ads
Work with technology team, ensure paid search ad platform codes & Google Analytics tracking codes are triggering & collecting data.
Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities of the various campaigns across different ad platforms , including the campaign planning, implementation, and budget management.
Build reports and summarize the campaign results including the findings and suggest ways to improve
Reviewing and optimize campaigns based on their performance incl. Bid optimization, campaign optimization
Minimal Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration(B.B.A) and / or Bachelor of Business Management(B.B.M) and / or Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com) and / or Bachelor of Communication Journalism(B.C.J) and / or Bachelor of Engineering(B.E) and / or Bachelor of Science(B.Sc) and / or Bachelors of Technology(B.Tech)
Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of the leading PPC platforms, social media ad platforms and display ad networks incl. Google Ads / Facebook / Instagram / Bing Ads / LinkedIn ad platforms Proven track record of paid marketing successes. Familiarity with landing page design and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices. Ability to write compelling ad copies positioning the product / service properly to the target audience. Fluency in English - strong writing and speaking skills Expert knowledge of excel and Google sheets. Working knowledge of Google analytics.
Computer Skills: expert use of Google / Microsoft Word processor, Paid ad platforms - Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing, Google Analytics
