This is an open position for Bengaluru Office at Isha Foundation.

The foothills of the Velliangiri mountains, forty kilometers from the city of Coimbatore in South India, serve as home for the Isha Yoga Center. The Center is dedicated to fostering inner transformation and creating an established state of wellbeing in individuals. The large residential facility houses an active international community of brahmacharis, full-time volunteers and visitors. Established by Sadhguru as a powerful sthana (a center for inner growth), it is unique in its offering of all the four paths of yoga – gnana (knowledge), karma (action), kriya (energy) and bhakti (devotion). Every week, thousands of people converge at the center to seek out inner peace and wellbeing, making it a vibrant hub of spiritual growth and activity.

What your role will be

Responsible for outlining content strategies and social media content/conversations for Sadhguru & Isha brands Responsible for delivering high organic page growth both in terms of reach and followers Create platform specific strategies for effective reach and follower growth. Create new ideas for engagement through blogs/sliders/Fb engagement posts/ animated videos/researching interesting contents/ Live Content etc Research and identify Sadhguru Content from Gnanetra (archives), which has a potential to go viral/ appreciated by our community. Develop content requirements/messages/hooks to different market audiences or segments. Identify relevant segments. Ensure storytelling thru content Identify and plan for topical content, look for current affairs, and identify & pitch relevant content accordingly Assess upcoming Isha events and programs and develop communication angles/themes. Ensure wide organic reach Create content calendar while incorporating world days, Isha events and Sadhguru events. Place content requests with relevant departments. Share the content calendar Incorporate SEO inputs with coordinating with SEO team members . Align blog content development with SEO plan Responsible for Marketing Outcomes: Make sure all platforms content flows as per our defined content strategy, look for various performance indicators, and constantly see how to improve & sustain the growth. Draw meaningful inference and conclusions from data and incorporate learnings into content creation on a regular basis. Synergy and Management Ensure monthly meeting happens with team members (platform owners, Analyst) to review tracking reports Develop and maintain social media calendar. Get reviewed by Social media director. Inform various stakeholders on the calendar Lead team level meetings to keep everyone aligned on the plan Execution With the help of the platform owners, project manage with the publications departments (English Pub, Impressions, Video Publications, ILP, GLP) and ensure that the content is created as per the plan. Deliverables Develop communication plan for social media properties in terms of topical, thematic content buckets Quarterly and monthly content calendar for social media platforms and blog Develop communication / social media plan for key events Campaign performance reports and performance benchmarking reports Monthly social media reports
