This is an open position for Bengaluru Office at Isha Foundation.
The foothills of the Velliangiri mountains, forty kilometers from the city of Coimbatore in South India, serve as home for the Isha Yoga Center. The Center is dedicated to fostering inner transformation and creating an established state of wellbeing in individuals. The large residential facility houses an active international community of brahmacharis, full-time volunteers and visitors. Established by Sadhguru as a powerful sthana (a center for inner growth), it is unique in its offering of all the four paths of yoga – gnana (knowledge), karma (action), kriya (energy) and bhakti (devotion). Every week, thousands of people converge at the center to seek out inner peace and wellbeing, making it a vibrant hub of spiritual growth and activity.

What your role will be
Mention of PPC / SEM / Pay per click / Paid advertising in their resumes
Hands on work experience using Google Ads / Facebook / Instagram / Bings Ads / LinkedIn ad platforms
Ability to plan, set-up and execute paid campaigns end to end including
Understanding of all relevant metrics & KPIs
Experience managing paid campaigns using Search, Display, Video formats on relevant platforms
Audience targeting in ad platforms across different stages of the buying cycle
Ability to identify key messages / value proposition that are relevant to audience across different stages of the buying cycle
Experience creating ad copies based on key messages / value proposition
Working with design team & video team to come with relevant creatives banners / videos with appropriate Call-to-action based on the stage of the buying cycle
Budget management including tracking of spends
Knowledge of conversion tracking to guide the Analytics team to set up proper tracking for accurate measurement of campaign performance
Build reports and summarize the campaign results including the findings and suggest ways to improve
Reviewing and optimize campaigns based on their performance incl. Bid optimization, campaign optimization, landing page changes etc.
Good knowledge of using Google sheets / Excel to create reports
Minimal Educational Qualifications: Other
Skills and Competencies: Minimum 3 years experience in paid advertising Working knowledge of Google Analytics, other analytics tools Experience working with programmatic buying using ad platforms like DoubleClick. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager Knowledge of landing page best practices Staying current on all emerging digital marketing trends
