This is an open position for Bengaluru Office at Isha Foundation.
The foothills of the Velliangiri mountains, forty kilometers from the city of Coimbatore in South India, serve as home for the Isha Yoga Center. The Center is dedicated to fostering inner transformation and creating an established state of wellbeing in individuals. The large residential facility houses an active international community of brahmacharis, full-time volunteers and visitors. Established by Sadhguru as a powerful sthana (a center for inner growth), it is unique in its offering of all the four paths of yoga – gnana (knowledge), karma (action), kriya (energy) and bhakti (devotion). Every week, thousands of people converge at the center to seek out inner peace and wellbeing, making it a vibrant hub of spiritual growth and activity.

What your role will be
Vertical - Isha Programs
Formulating a strategy to drive Isha program registrations with annual targets
Align the annual targets with other functions and seeking support
Measure, Report and Revisit strategy every quarter, along with strong reporting of KPIs
Arrive at KPIs through the customer lifecycle including customer feedback post program
Formulate a monthly plan with a clear outlook for the year
Periodically, measure, report and publish reports to teams and management
Understand the culture of Isha as a non-profit towards raising human consciousness and improving well being
Be the voice of the customer internally
Understand latest digital trends that impact digital content consumption and engagement
Work with marketing to identify the best RoI initiatives to build awareness and encourage trial across channels - SEM, SEO, TV Commercials, etc.
Understand SEM, SEO and Email marketing - identify the right keywords, reduce SEM costs while increasing conversions of website visits to registrations and from mobile app
Create promotions to drive registrations
Own both creation and execution of promotions calendar including special occasions (Diwali, International yoga day, etc.)
Content Ideation/Creation to drive engagement for Isha Programs. Working with in-house/ external designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
Understanding of how digital marketing domains work and prepare the roadmap for Digital marketing
Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format.
Minimal Educational Qualifications: Other
Skills and Competencies: Degree in Marketing would definitely help; however not a requirement for the right candidate Understanding of users on internet High levels of problem solving skills and ability to work with data and numbers. Comfort with numbers and rapid on-going analysis Self starter, high levels of responsibility Prior experience in digital roles / category management
