This is an open position for Bengaluru Office at Isha Foundation.
The foothills of the Velliangiri mountains, forty kilometers from the city of Coimbatore in South India, serve as home for the Isha Yoga Center. The Center is dedicated to fostering inner transformation and creating an established state of wellbeing in individuals. The large residential facility houses an active international community of brahmacharis, full-time volunteers and visitors. Established by Sadhguru as a powerful sthana (a center for inner growth), it is unique in its offering of all the four paths of yoga – gnana (knowledge), karma (action), kriya (energy) and bhakti (devotion). Every week, thousands of people converge at the center to seek out inner peace and wellbeing, making it a vibrant hub of spiritual growth and activity.

What your role will be
Develop strategies to achieve business objectives - increase awareness/visits/leads/signups/conversions
Perform keyword research to optimize content and uncover new opportunities
Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
Develop and implement link building campaigns
Identify opportunities and implement Internal link-building activities
Audit web properties & recommend improvements to internal stakeholders.
Perform industry analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
Perform competitive analysis to evaluate competitor strategies and identify areas of opportunities.
Monitor Google Search Console for issues, indexation status and errors.
When needed, provide recommended site structure/page layout recommendations for optimal SEO performance.
Recommend strategies for redirect and retirement of old and out dated content.
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
Communication to team and management on SEO development.
Be an evangelist for SEO for internal stakeholders and educate and train other teams - business, content and publishing teams, social media teams on various aspects of SEO
