Yogasanas Guidelines & Precautions
- Anyone who has had a major open surgery in the last 6 months, anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery in the last 6 weeks should avoid participating in the program. Always consult and follow your doctor's advice before registering.
- People with following conditions should consult a doctor before practicing:

- Back, neck, leg or hip disease
- Injury
- Artificial Joint replacement
- Heart disorder
- Pregnant women and people with serious back disease or hernia should not practice Yogasanas.
- People with eye conditions who are in the risk of retinal detachment should avoid sarvangasana until they get retinal specialist consent.
- Ensure to come for the sessions at least 30 minutes prior.
- Ensure to maintain Empty Stomach Condition:

- 4 hours after a full meal
- 2.5 hours after a snack
- 1.5 hours after a beverage
